Tokyo Motor Show 2007

The 2007 Tokyo Motor Show displayed the 4 cars from the Nagare design concept of wave motion. The newest of them being the light blue Taiki was truely awesome, but it is much like the RE-Amemiya Super Greddy 7. DONT LOOK AT THE BACK! I watched it for a long time looking at the lines and the transparent outer panels.

The interior is something out of this world. The steering wheel comes in a wave from way inder the dash that wraps around you like an athlete's muscle. The white passenger side contrasts to the black drivers side of the car with splashes of red for accent. This car uses a 1.6 litre Renesis engine. You can read and watch video about this car, the stunnung, red Ryuga and others on the Japanese web site in English. But nothing beats seeing them in person.

RE-Xtreme Mazda Taiki Concept

Mazda's new concept features the next generation Sports car. The Taiki.

But it's not so road ready.

RE-Xtreme Tuned concept raises the performance of the new Renesis 16x 1.6lt rotary with power figure of 400 solid horsepower. Weight is 850kg for ultimate performance.

I look forward to seeing the actual car at the tokyo motor show.

Chrno Edition

Dan is almost as passionate about FD rx7's as me, maybe even more. His white RE-Amemiya kitted FD3s example is a beautiful vehicle. Carfully chosen components for power, reliability and good looks.

The man on route.

Interior features Suede Key!s racing wheel and gear knob, Defi and Bride Seat for Circuit adventures.

Engine is normal, but enhanced with Apexi ECU, Revolution V-Mount and many other goodies to increase boost and power. Sleek lights are upgraded and all lighing is supplemented in some way or another.

Side shows RE-Amemiya lines with Side and Rear Diffusers for circuit ground effect. Normal rear wing keeps the sleeper status in tact. Wheels are soon to be relaced Volk Racing items.

7/7/7 - Seven's Day - Chiba

 A Multi-National contingent headed out to Makuhari Carrest for a small meeting in the morning of Seven's day.

Cars like these were just casually parked around. Mazdaspeed Represent!

This Grey car was representing the Fujita camp.

 
But with RE-Amemiya in attendance this was a pre-decessor to the main Tokyo event at Daikoku.

New Touge Monster and the D1 machines.

The New one having curious design.

 Fattening the AC kit was a priority.




Touge Monster and D1 Street Legal Machine.

At 3-4pm everyone cleared out and we headed to part two. Daikoku Futo.

The Carrest Event showcased the New D1 Rx7, the New Boost Up Seven with Greddy 9 front and the Touge Monster, Street Legal and Super Greddy Cars also on display.

About 40 cars at this small event, but there were some very nice examples.
