This event was held in MAZE Circuit and is sponsored by Rotary Magazine. With Demo car runs, Dress up contest, Twin and Single Turbo classes, Its much like the Rotary and Roadster event for the southern dwellers. With over 30 cars running on track it was a pretty popular event and if you are down that way then it will be a great event.
There were three cars on the top level on the day. The blue RE-Amemiya bodied car from Cockpit Loft which was running around the 1'04.441 mark and the bronze Fast Racing car with Kazamma GT kit in the 1'03.987 region. Other less modified examples were running about 3 seconds further back.
The other top runner was the white Sanai/R-Magic kitted Craft car. A pole setting best time of 1'04.324 had the car sitting well, but clutch problems off the line ended his run on the day saving the fight for the two other demo cars.Go FD runners!
