The Veilside Fortune #2 was a bit of an inspiration. This image from Newera Imports is available on many desktop sites around the world. But the rest of the images are not.
With the success of the Maroon TAS winning Veilside kit #1, Veilside wanted to promote thier cars as much as they could.
The lines of a Veilside fortune body kit are unmistakable. but there is a lot of of work to get the car looking this smooth.
When the work is performed by veilside themselves you can see hoe good the total result is.
Interior and exterior are finished to perfection. However, I must admit, Veilside seating position in an FD is less that perfect.
But the body and rear especially are finished to perfection. When people see the price of veilside products, they rarely think of the double price in manpower required to achieve this level of finish.
So when these complete cars have been offered in Japan from Veilside themselves for 4~7 million, I think in Japan that these complete cars are still unbelievably cheap on the world scene!
Many still try to say... "It's just an RX7" but it's much more than that. FF Tokyo Drift propelled these cars to another level.
The work that's required to convert one of these is emense and they do become something of a larger stature.

Newera was involved to help with sending this car to Europe and the Paris Tuning Show and the above pics were just before departure from Japan.
"Miguel was contacted by a french magazine called ADDX to see if he could help find a centre piece show car, it had to be one of the most impressive looking cars in Japan to be used at their stand at the Paris Tuning
Show on the 24th February. After lots of talks Miguel managed to arange with Veilside to ship a Fortune RX7 over to France to appear in the show ... only one problem was that the only Fortune car in existence was being built to be shown at the 2005 Auto Salonso ... what did Veilside do ? .. they built another one in an incredibly short space of time.
The car was scheduled to ship on the 12th January .. Miguel and the Newera Japan guys turned up at Veilside the night before to see the car in pieces .. so with sleeves rolled up and everyone mucked in for a long night .. it was completed literally just as the transporter truck turned up to collect it in the morning !!!! The car was also featured in Many UK and Paris magazines before return.
