This car set a new standard in Japan. The first 4 rotor transplant in a serious road car.
Koseki-san from Scoot Sports wanted to bridge the gap to the next rx7 and build something worth of succeding the FD3s.
With help from Tamon design, they transformed the design from a sketch to reality is a relatively short time.
The controversial rear features nissan cedric lights for a touch of VIP. Personally something a bit more fd may have been more successful.
But the front and sides with gull wing half doors and the rear duck tail spoiler all work very well tied in nitally running on Enkei RPF1.
The headlights are unique and there are no plans to build these. Koseki-san once told me the left side was easy but copying the design to the right was no easy task. They are based on the RE-Amemiya sleek light kit with the black surround removed. But behind these is no 13b.
The first spec engine is based on two joined 12A engines. The result is a light 4 rotor with awesome response. I guess you could say 24G. Two Apexi PFCs control these and the expert Koseki uses his ear to map them on the performance edge.
The heart was the main drawcard When Koseki-san revved it, everyone was like "WAA WAA WAAAAAAT is that!! It was hard to get near this thing all day.
Russ.
