GT-3 RS-R Concept

What is the perfect car? Many consider the Porsche 911 GT3 RS to be one such for consideration. I've been thinking a lot about how far to tune a car recently and what a good approach to this may be.

Porsche could build an ultimate 800hp car for street and track, but they don't. They don't even use turbochargers. They don't put too much stress on componentry and beef up the areas that need it, like brakes. But thier car is incredibly expensive. For a fraction of the cost. Lets set some limits for tuning and reliability and produce an ultimate track day street performer FD3s.
