7's Day - Drift

Drift exhibition at 7's Day in Tsukuba started well. Masao Suenaga laid the first tracks of the day with a perfect 100 pointer!

Takayama followed the exact line. Just look at the tyre marks. Takayama had more smoke and a larger angle. 110 pointer! Takayama was trying all sorts of lines and improved all day. he was pushing really hard. Suenaga seemed to take the day easy.

Imamura "Drift Samurai" spent most of the day in this brown BN fc. He used his D1 car for some spectator rides, but I was out on circuit at the time.

Here he is setting out.
Here is one of Takayama's superb runs.

The wide FD looks fantastic with full angle and smoke.
Up close it's a little different. more tape than bumper.

And front offset...? hideous but effective.
Suenaga's machine by comparison is very straight, but ugly as hell! Butt ugly!

Here are the BN Sports wide wide W I D E machines.
The FD didn't run in the first 2 sessions, but looks menacing.

Rear has some vortex generators for what reason I don't know. Just tacked on the rear and didn't look good up close.

What's your favourite dish? These should be called Work BOWLs. Yep even 275 dont stretch to the edge. If you like these things check hellaflush.

Fronts are just as cool!
Here's Sexy Nights ripping it with the Samurai in the second session.
Russ.

  2. You'll have to wait for my friends pics from Tsukuba and Daikoku.

    All in good time.

My IXY compact is good for blogging but not amazing. 10.0 Pegamix is ok but the lens isn't good.
